Winemakers Notes : This is an intensley rich and brooding red wine with great depth of colour, flavour and aroma, and fabulous structure this blend is a perfect balance of fresh Sangiovese red fruit and earthiness, and ripe Cabernet Sauvignon blackberry and cassis. The structure combination of Sangiovese's linear acidity and flavour length, rounded by ripe Cabernet tannins and a touch of vanillin oak, suggesting the wine will age very gracefully, very much in the style of its traditional namesakes.
Jacks notes : This is a lovely well rounded wine great generous flavour yet soft and lovely lingering depth.
